Description: Pluum is a dry-hopped foeder-aged sour plum ale brewed with elderberry and salt. The use of both Damson and Mirabelle plums from B.C.'s interior evoke aromas or ripe pit fruit while the addition of Brett L adds a layer of funk. Juicy and tart with a saliferous, warning mouthfeel.
